Education – Dr Ava Rahemi
Ava graduated from Griffith University at Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Master of Dentistry. She has also graduated from QUT Brisbane with an engineering degree and is a qualified Civil Engineer too! Combining her knowledge of engineering with the science of dentistry, Ava aims to provide the best care for her patients.
In the Practice
Dr Ava Rahemi performs all aspects of General Dentistry including Restorative, Extractions, Crowns, Bridges, Root Canals and Veneers to name a few. Her biggest passion in dentistry has been to restore the confidence of her patients by helping to improve their smiles. Her decision to pursue dentistry as a career came from her passion to help people overcome their health barriers.
She takes pride in providing the best level of care by using her knowledge, training, the latest technologies and utilising the science of dentistry. She especially enjoys seeing patients overcome their dental anxiety and taking back control of their oral health. Her vision of success in dentistry is working with her patients to tailor-make each of their dental treatment plans to suit their goals and needs.
About Dr Ava Rahemi
Dr Rahemi has worked as a dentist in Brisbane and the Gold Coast for most of her career. Her family permanently moved to Australia when she was a teenager and speaks fluent Farsi and Turkish! Dr Ava Rahemi always endeavours to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry through study clubs and continued education through courses and webinars. This is so she can provide her patients with the best care for their oral health.
Outside of work, Ava likes to keep active and fit. She also enjoys reading, going for walks on the beach and hiking along the hinterland trails. Above all else, Ava loves to catch up with family and friends in her spare time.
