She graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast with a Master of Dentistry, graduating with Distinction and receiving the Academic Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding academic achievements. Her passion for continuous learning, combined with a gentle and caring approach, allows her to provide personalised dental care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Dr Shahad enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a strong focus on preventive dental care, restorative dentistry, and helping patients maintain healthy smiles for life. She believes that building long-term relationships with her patients is one of the most rewarding parts of being a dentist. By taking the time to understand each person’s goals and concerns, she aims to create a positive dental experience where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their oral health.

Originally from Sydney, Dr Shahad moved to the Gold Coast to complete her dental studies and has proudly made the region her home. She is delighted to be caring for patients within the local community and helping individuals and families achieve healthy, confident smiles through comprehensive general dentistry.

Outside the practice, Dr Shahad enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle. She loves beach walks, exploring local parks, and creating special memories with her young son.
