Dr Pooja Lallu is a dedicated and compassionate dentist at Coastal Dental Care Mudgeeraba, committed to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. Originally from Fiji, Dr Pooja completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Fiji National University in 2020. During her time in Fiji, she gained invaluable experience working in both remote communities and public hospitals, providing essential dental care to patients with diverse oral health needs.

After moving to the Gold Coast, Dr Pooja completed her Australian Dental Council Examinations in 2025. She then worked as a FIFO dentist, which allowed her to broaden her clinical experience and treat patients from different regions before joining the friendly team at Coastal Dental Care Mudgeeraba.

Dr Pooja Lallu understands that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel daunting, especially for those with dental anxiety. She takes pride in creating a calm and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and cared for. By taking the time to listen and explain every step of the process, she helps patients feel at ease during their visits. Her gentle and understanding approach ensures that every patient receives personalised dental care tailored to their individual needs.

She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular passion for preventive care and patient education. Dr Pooja believes prevention is the key to long-term oral health and works closely with her patients to develop healthy habits and proactive dental routines. Her goal is to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care while continuing to advance her skills through ongoing professional development.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Pooja enjoys exploring new destinations, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
