Dr John Hendry graduated from the University of Queensland in 1986. Before joining Coastal Dental Care Kingscliff, he had previously owned a successful practice on the Gold Coast where he had been treating patients and their families for 20 years.

‘I believe the key to all successful dental care is a strong preventive foundation. Dental hygienists play a very important role in a modern dental team,’ says Dr Hendry.

Dr Hendry enjoys helping people rehabilitate their teeth to the best possible function. To do so, he regularly pursues dental education to make sure his patients can be offered up to date choices and modern treatment options encompassing all their needs. His empathetic nature and caring manner is valued by his patients and is one of his best qualities.

Dr Hendry is married with three children and is an avid follower of almost all Australian sports. On the weekends he enjoys spending quality time with his family and reading and relaxing at home.
