Dr Meijer began his career in dentistry as a dental technician, having completed a bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology in 2009. Through his work as a technician, he witnessed firsthand the profound effect dental treatment can have on a patient’s well-being.

This experience inspired him to further his education and transition into a more direct patient care role. He returned to university and graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health and Dental Science in 2016, followed by the completion of his Graduate Diploma in Dentistry in 2018.

During his studies, Dr Meijer became a familiar face at Coastal Dental Care practices, assisting at eight different locations. His hands-on experience across these practices allowed him to develop a deep understanding of patient needs and treatment outcomes.

This extensive exposure has equipped him with a versatile skill set and a commitment to achieving the best possible results for his patients.

Currently, Dr Meijer is a valued member of the team at Robina Town. He appreciates working in a practice with state-of-the-art technology and high-quality materials, which enable him to provide top-tier care. His dedication to patient care and continuous improvement is evident in his meticulous approach and the positive feedback from those he treats.

Outside of the dental clinic, Dr Meijer enjoys various activities that keep him active and engaged. He has a passion for golf and can often be found on the greens in his free time. Additionally, his background as a former tennis coach means he still enjoys hitting the court. Dr Meijer is also an early riser who values his morning workouts at the gym, maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle that complements his professional commitments.
