Coastal Dental Care Redland Bay is pleased to extend a warm welcome to our newest Redland Bay dentist, Dr Alexis Wiggins.

Born in South Africa, Alexis grew up in Canada where she completed a Bachelor of Commerce before realising she really wanted to become a dentist.

Following this discovery, Alexis completed her Bachelor of Oral Health and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry at Griffith University.

Alexis is very understanding and compassionate. She enjoys spending time talking to her patients to identify their unique needs. Alexis loves being able to help people resolve their current dental issues and prevent any further problems. She is dedicated to establishing good oral hygiene habits with all her patients. Thanks to her heritage, Alexis is fluent in both English and Afrikaans.

An avid traveller, Alexis has seen much of the world. She enjoys seeing different cultures first hand, and experiencing each country’s cuisine. She loves giving back to the community, and spent time volunteering in Ghana.

When she’s not helping her patients, Alexis enjoys getting creative; candle making and pottery are two of her favourites. She also enjoys snowboarding when the opportunity arises.
