Jacqueline Kendell has worked in the dental industry for more than 25 years, beginning her career as a dental nurse. After completing her traineeship in dental assisting and working as a dental nurse for a year, Jacqueline decided to further her career by becoming a Dental Technician.

She completed her apprenticeship in Dental Technology, where she developed her skills in creating precision dentures and gained an understanding of the importance of accurate impressions in achieving comfortable, well-fitting dentures. Jacqueline then continued her studies, completing an Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics at RMIT Dental Hospital in Melbourne.

Jacqueline has worked as a Dental Prosthetist for the past 15 years. After completing her studies in Melbourne, she moved to the Gold Coast and began working within the NSW Government public health system, where she continues to work during the week. Jacqueline is also committed to working Saturdays at the Kingscliff clinic.

What Jacqueline loves most about dentistry is the difference she can make to a patient’s confidence and quality of life. She finds it incredibly rewarding to create a new smile and see a patient’s reaction when they see their new dentures for the first time. One of the most satisfying parts of her work is seeing patients who have been without teeth for many years regain their confidence and feel like a new person after receiving their new dentures.

With her experience across dental nursing, dental technology and dental prosthetics, Jacqueline understands the importance of both precision and patient care when creating dentures that look and feel right.

Outside of work, Jacqueline loves spending time at the beach and swimming with her young children. She enjoys making the most of family time and being outdoors when she is not caring for patients.
