Michelle Oey-Shaw

Michelle Oey-Shaw is an Oral Health Therapist with a passion for continuing education. She decided for a career in dentistry because she finds nothing as rewarding as turning a dental-phobic patient around.

After growing up on the Gold Coast, Michelle lived and worked in Northern NSW and in Perth. She completed a Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Queensland. In addition, Michelle also did a Bachelor of Commerce at Griffith University.

As Michelle loves to study, she also holds a Cert IV in Beauty Therapy, is a Les Mills group fitness instructor and completed a Cert IV in Programming.

Michelle Oey-Shaw loves getting to know her patients and their families. She places high emphasis on taking good care of everyone and making patients feel comfortable in the dental chair.

In her free time, Michelle loves fitness, handstands, gymnastics, calisthenics, yoga, and hiking. She also fostered dogs back in Perth (ex-racing greyhounds). She also looks forward to getting back into that in the future.
