Coastal Dental Care Kingscliff welcomes Kate Todd

Coastal Dental Care Kingscliff would like to extend a warm welcome to our new team member Kate Todd.

Kate is our new Oral Health Therapist who displays a gentle and pleasant manner. She has a special interest in children’s dentistry and loves creating customised treatment plans to suit her patients oral needs.

We look forward to incorporating Kate’s quality work and positivity into our Kingscliff practice.

About Coastal Dental Care Kingscliff

Our Kingscliff practice is located within the Kingscliff Professional Centre at 2, 38-42 Pearl St, Kingscliff. Coastal Dental Care Kingscliff is conveniently surrounded by the local gym, medical centre and physio clinic. In addition, the local shopping centre, cafes and supermarket is located directly across the road. Our practice is also within walking distance of the wonderful Kingscliff beaches.

Education of Kate Todd

Kate graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2013. Once she graduated, Kate spent one year in a government graduate program in Beenleigh, before working in a specialist paediatric practice.

Kate is currently studying to upgrade her qualification to include adult restorative scope through the University of Sydney.

In the Practice

Kate’s passion for dentistry began when she worked as a dental assistant while at school. She particularly enjoyed working with children and apprehensive patients who were unfamiliar with the dentist, ensuring they felt comfortable and educated during their appointments.

In the practice, Kate loves the fact that being an OHT allows her to focus on prevention and quality dental experiences for people of all ages.

She believes that one of the best parts of her job is seeing the increased confidence in her patients at the end of their treatment when they see changes in their smile.
